Bamburgh Castle sits high and proud on the beach of the Northumberland coastline.

The Castle was built in the 11th century and is certainly a sight to see.
It's surrounded in beauty with the amazing beaches and wildlife around the area.
It was a no brainer for me to paint  such an iconic symbol from my local history.

Bamburgh for me is my favourite beach, and with these kind of views, I think many would agree, this is certainly a very special place to visit.
